Before issuance, the City asks for a recycling plan, stormwater permit, encroachment permit and special inspection forms. Construction hours: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays, with no work on Sundays or holidays without written approval.
