This complete home remodel in Belmont opened up the kitchen and dining area and refreshed the living room and primary bathroom.
Scope of work: a complete second-story build with a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a remodel of the existing bathroom, a new staircase, all-new floors and a garage remodel. We removed walls to open up the layout.
Kitchen and dining: navy lower cabinets with white Shaker uppers, white quartz countertops with gray veining and a waterfall island, a herringbone tile backsplash, a stainless chimney hood and range, floating wood shelves, globe pendants with a matching linear chandelier, and light oak hardwood floors throughout. The dining room has a navy accent wall.
Primary bathroom: two skylights, large-format gray floor tile, a freestanding tub, a frameless glass shower with dark blue herringbone wall tile, and a navy double vanity with a marble top.
