San Jose Detached ADU Bathroom

This bathroom is part of a detached ADU we built in San Jose, from permits through final inspection.

Scope of work: a 650 sq ft detached ADU with a complete bathroom and kitchen.

What we built: a striped floor of white and dark green square tile, a curbless walk-in shower with a white square tile field framed in dark green, a dark green niche and a linear drain, a brushed nickel rain head and handheld shower, a walnut mid-century vanity with a white top, a black-framed mirror, a globe sconce and a transom window for natural light.
