San Jose Kitchen and Great Room Remodel

This San Jose remodel turned the kitchen and dining area into one open great room.

Scope of work: a complete remodel. We removed a beam to open the kitchen to the great room, installed new flooring throughout the house, upgraded the electrical and added a new fireplace.

What we built: greige paneled built-in refrigerator and freezer columns, white oak glass-front upper cabinets, and an island with a quartzite-look top and a gas cooktop under a stainless island hood. Stacked stainless wall ovens sit beside the island, wide floating oak shelves line a sideboard wall, and a brass and glass pendant and recessed lighting light the space. Wide-plank light oak floors run through the kitchen and dining area.
