New Homes Inside Gilroy's Growth Boundary

Gilroy voters adopted an urban growth boundary in 2016 (Measure H), so new homes are built on infill lots, rebuilds and parcels within the boundary, including hillside areas with their own rules. Axiom Renovation (CA Lic. #1105006) builds custom homes and prepares the full GO Permit submittal.
