Building on Newark's Bayside Lots

Newark sits on flat bayside land at the south end of San Francisco Bay, next to the salt ponds and the Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge. New homes here are usually rebuilds of mid-century houses. Flat lots make construction straightforward, but soils matter, so a soils report is required for new homes.
