Kitchens Built for San Ramon Families

Many San Ramon homes from the 1980s through the 2000s have kitchens with dated cabinets, small islands and closed pantries. We redesign them with larger islands, better storage, new appliances and lighting, and open connections to family rooms. In Dougherty Valley and Gale Ranch, newer homes often need finish upgrades more than layout changes, and we tailor the scope accordingly.

Exterior Changes and Architectural Review

If the kitchen project adds windows, doors or a bump-out, staff check that the work matches the existing home in roof, materials, colors and windows during plan check. Larger exterior changes may need an Architectural Review Application, and the Zoning Administrator can refer a project to the Architectural Review Board.
