Wine Country Kitchens

In the Livermore Valley, home of wineries like Wente and Concannon since the 1880s, many homeowners want kitchens built for entertaining: large islands, wine storage, beverage centers and doors to outdoor dining. We design and build kitchens for every era of Livermore home, with structural, electrical and plumbing work handled in-house.

Gas, Electric and Livermore's Rule

Since January 1, 2023, Livermore has required most new buildings to be all-electric (Municipal Code Chapter 15.26). The rule does not apply to remodels or additions, so a kitchen remodel in an existing home can keep gas cooking or switch to induction. Many clients choose induction anyway, and we check panel capacity first.
