From Railroad-Era Homes to 1990s Tracts

Livermore was founded as a railroad town in 1869, grew around the Lawrence Livermore and Sandia laboratories in the 1950s, and roughly tripled in population between 1970 and 2000. That gives the city an unusual range of bathrooms to remodel: historic downtown homes, mid-century houses and late-20th-century tracts. We tailor each remodel to the house, from preserving character in older homes to full modern primary suites.
